At flex, our goal is simple:

To provide you with the best tasting mussels and fries on Prince Edward Island.

We do this by sourcing out the freshest, sweetest plump mussels we can get our hands on. Then, we pair them with the best local and imported ingredients we can find: our own homecut fries made with world famous PEI potatoes, lobster and market produce, Island butter and cream, fresh-baked crusty baguette, local and imported beers, whole, natural herbs, and spices from around the world.

Your mussels are prepared to order. Chefs call this 'a la minute'. Very little is prepared ahead of time. This ensures that you'll get the freshest tasting mussels every time.

It may take a minute or two longer, but one taste and you'll agree it's worth it.
