with the best local and imported ingredients we can
find: our own homecut fries made with world famous PEI
potatoes, lobster and market produce, Island butter
and cream, fresh-baked crusty baguette, local and imported
beers, whole, natural herbs, and spices from around
the world.
Your mussels are prepared to order. Chefs call this
'a la minute'. Very little is prepared ahead
of time. This ensures that you'll get the freshest tasting
mussels every time.
